1. About these terms
These Terms of Service apply to the Pencell Peptide (PCP) online store and all purchases made through it.
By submitting an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

3. Customer eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
By ordering, you confirm that:
- Your information is complete and accurate
- You are legally permitted to purchase and possess the products
- You understand their stated purpose and handling requirements
- You will comply with applicable laws and product documentation
We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary for legal, regulatory, safety, fraud-prevention or availability reasons.
4. Research use
Unless expressly and lawfully stated otherwise, products are supplied solely for research applications.
They are not intended for human or veterinary administration, consumption, diagnosis, treatment or prevention of disease.
Product names and references to compounds, mechanisms or research areas are provided for identification and general research information. They are not medical advice or therapeutic claims.
Customers must not order a product if its purchase, import, possession or intended use would be unlawful in the destination country.
Pencell Peptide (PCP) may refuse or cancel an order where delivery would create a legal or regulatory concern.
This does not transfer to the customer any responsibility that applicable law places on the seller.
5. Product configuration
Pencell Peptide (PCP) peptide pen systems are supplied with the applicable dual-chamber cartridge configuration described on the product page.
Customers are purchasing the complete configuration shown in the listing, not a standalone cartridge, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Product photographs are illustrative. Minor packaging or label changes may occur where they do not affect the product’s identity, quantity, quality or agreed characteristics.
6. Orders and contract formation
Products placed in a shopping cart are not reserved.
Before submitting an order, you can review the products, quantities, delivery information, payment method and total price.
Submitting an order creates an obligation to pay the displayed total using the payment method selected during checkout.
An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
The purchase contract is formed when we expressly accept or dispatch the order.
We may decline an order before acceptance if:
- A product is unavailable
- Payment cannot be completed or verified
- Delivery information is incomplete or incorrect
- We reasonably suspect fraud, resale abuse or unlawful use
- The order presents legal, regulatory or safety concerns
- A material and obvious pricing or product-information error has occurred
If a prepaid order is not accepted, the amount paid will be refunded without undue delay.
7. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the store and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
The complete price, including the applicable delivery charge, is displayed before the order is submitted.
Available payment methods depend on the delivery country.
Cash on delivery is offered only for eligible orders delivered within the Czech Republic and only when displayed as an available payment method during checkout.
Depending on the selected delivery service, cash-on-delivery payment may be accepted in cash, by card or through another method communicated by the delivery provider.
For other destinations, payment must be completed using an available online payment method before dispatch.
8. European delivery
Pencell Peptide (PCP) dispatches orders from the Czech Republic using Packeta/Zásilkovna and other appointed tracked delivery providers and their local delivery partners.
Available destinations, delivery methods, prices and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout and explained in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless we expressly agree to a fixed deadline.
Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery information and monitor tracking and delivery notifications provided by the delivery provider.
A telephone number is collected and may be shared with our appointed delivery providers and their local delivery partners solely to support delivery, payment and shipment notifications.
For consumer orders, the risk of loss or damage passes when the customer, or a person designated by the customer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.
9. Failed delivery
Customers must accept or collect their parcels within the period specified by the delivery provider.
If a parcel is refused, not collected or returned because of incorrect customer information, we may recover reasonable delivery and return costs caused by the failed delivery where permitted by law.
For a prepaid order, reasonable return costs may be deducted from the refund where legally permitted.
Repeated refusal or non-collection may result in future orders being refused or cash-on-delivery access being restricted.
These measures do not apply where delivery failed because of an error for which Pencell Peptide (PCP) or the delivery provider is responsible.
10. Receiving and storing products
Inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
Follow all supplied storage, temperature, handling and preparation instructions.
If a product appears damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect, do not activate, prepare, mix, use or discard it.

Damage caused by improper storage, contamination, misuse, unauthorised alteration or failure to follow instructions is not a product defect for which the seller is responsible.
11. Returns and defective goods
Consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase, subject to statutory exceptions.
Exceptions may apply to unsealed hygiene-sensitive goods, goods liable to deteriorate rapidly, customised goods and goods inseparably mixed with another product.
A pen or cartridge may be ineligible for return if it has been opened, unsealed, activated, prepared, mixed, used or otherwise altered and the relevant statutory exception applies.

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods.
12. Website use
You must not:
- Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
- Provide false order, payment or delivery information
- Interfere with the website’s security or operation
- Copy or commercially exploit website content without permission
- Purchase products for an unlawful purpose
- Resell products in breach of applicable law
We may restrict access or refuse orders where these requirements are breached.
13. Intellectual property
The Pencell Peptide name, PCP logo, website design, product materials, photographs, graphics, videos and text are owned by or licensed to Swift & Easy s.r.o.
They may not be copied, modified, reproduced or commercially used without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
14. Liability
Swift & Easy s.r.o. remains responsible where liability arises under applicable law.
We are not responsible for loss caused by unlawful or unintended product use, improper storage, failure to follow instructions, unauthorised alteration, contamination or inaccurate information supplied by the customer.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights where exclusion is prohibited by law.
15. Personal data
Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.
This includes customer information shared with our appointed delivery providers, including Packeta/Zásilkovna, payment providers and other service providers where necessary to process payments, fulfil orders and complete delivery.

16. Governing law
These terms and purchase contracts are governed by Czech law.
Consumers living in another country retain any mandatory protection provided by the law that would otherwise apply to them.

If a consumer dispute cannot be resolved directly, the competent body for out-of-court consumer dispute resolution is:

We may update these terms when necessary.
The version available when an order is submitted applies to that purchase.
